We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing on our Platform. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is completely accurate, current, or error-free.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
Actual product colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your device due to screen settings and photography. Such minor variations do not constitute grounds for a return.
By placing an order on our Platform, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. An order is not confirmed until you receive an Order Confirmation email or notification from us.

All prepaid payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking credentials. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.
Payments via UPI or digital wallets are processed in real-time. Ensure your UPI ID or wallet has sufficient balance before completing the transaction.
If a payment fails after your order is placed, the order will not be processed. Any amount debited will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
We currently deliver across India. Certain remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable.

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be communicated on the Platform.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your shipment through our logistics partner's portal.

We will make up to 2 re-delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed. For COD orders, no refund is applicable in such cases unless the product is defective.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yugantar Shop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Razorpay, logistics portals). These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of these third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. We encourage you to review the Terms and Privacy Policies of any third-party sites you visit.
Yugantar Shop shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms:
As a consumer in India, you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
